A Focus On Flavour
Grand Pacific Hotel has become renowned for its range of dining options. With six different venues to choose from, you can enjoy everything from a quick poolside snack to a magnificent a la carte banquet in our Suva Restaurants.

Our Dining Options

Located within the main Heritage building, Prince Albert is our premier restaurant and opens nightly from 6.00pm. The perfect restaurant venue in Suva for that special occasion, Prince Albert offers an evocative setting, attentive service and fine food and wines in a casual and relaxed environment.
Under the expert guidance of our Executive Chef, Rainal Sahai, we are delighted to present a new dining experience at Grand Pacific Hotel Suva – “a taste of the South Pacific”.
This menu, which has undergone some months of planning, development and of course testing, draws from the flavours and traditions of Pacifica, showcasing the very best of local produce in a way that is generally not found in Suva or indeed Fiji. Sourcing the freshest and most interesting of ingredients, we prepare and present them in a way that will tantalize the senses, marrying the traditional with a contemporary take.
Food that looks good, smells great and tastes even better. Just one example is the Vudi Vakasoso. This dessert pays homage to a traditional Fijian dish, with plantain bananas poached in coconut milk infused with cinnamon and cardamom, then drizzled with sugar cane caramel and garnished with mint.
The attached photos show the raw ingredients and then the finished dish. We can assure you it is delicious!

Named in the honour of Fiji’s first capital and located within our Heritage building, Levuka Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Framed by the historic façade of Fiji’s colonial past, the interior dining area extends out into the extremely popular al fresco Terrace area that leads onto the pool deck and overlooks Suva Harbour.
Be sure to enjoy our sumptuous breakfast buffet, a feature of which is our wonderful fresh juice bar that offers a tantalising choice of the very best seasonal fruits and vegetables to be found in Fiji. Couple this with what is arguably Suva’s best barista coffees and there can be no better start to the day.
Our lunch and dinner menus, supplemented by a range of daily specials, offer a feast of fine flavours with an enchanting array of eastern, western and authentic Fijian cuisine options.
As an added bonus, we feature live entertainment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights by well-respected and acclaimed local musician, Seru Serevi and his band.
