This February, experience the vibrant flavours of Asia with a curated selection of traditional and contemporary dishes — thoughtfully presented through a semi-buffet format. Guests are welcome to help themselves to starters, sides, and desserts from the display stations, while main proteins are served to the table for a more personal, restaurant-style touch.
