Step into an evening of refined flavours, cultural immersion, and dining unlike anything else in Suva. The Passport to Flavour Series invites you to explore the world through cuisine, one destination at a time.

This June, experience the spirit of Japan with a curated selection of traditional and contemporary dishes — thoughtfully presented through a semi-buffet format. Guests are welcome to help themselves to starters, sides, and desserts from the display stations, while main proteins are served to the table for a more personal, restaurant-style touch.

Begin your journey with vegetable tempura, seaweed salad, vegetable gyoza, miso soup, and assorted maki rolls. Main dishes include salmon teriyaki with rice, chicken katsu, seafood yakisoba prepared live, and a chef’s featured protein of the evening — all served directly to your table. To finish, enjoy vanilla mochi ice cream and tropical fruit slices from the dessert station.
